Sheet FIRST SHEET: FREE

Scanned plat in. Layered DWG out. 48 hours.

We redraw recorded plats and deeds into clean, layer-standard CAD — courses, curves, closure, and COGO points — so your techs stay on billable work. Drafted by pipeline, checked by a human, stamped by you.

PDF or TIFF, any vintage. If we can't hold closure on your record, you'll hear that too — not a redrawn guess.

LAYER: V-PROC — HOW IT WORKS
01 / SENDEmail the sheet

A scan or vector PDF, any era. Attach your layer standard or a template DWG — or we apply a clean default.

02 / REDRAWWe draft it

Automated extraction does the heavy lifting; every course is then checked against the record by a person — not just the pipeline — and closure is run on each parcel.

03 / STAMPYou review & seal

Layered DWG, closure report, and point file back within 48 hours. Your licensed professional reviews, adjusts, and stamps.

LAYER: V-DLVR — WHAT YOU GET
Layered DWG / DXF

Linework on your layer standard: boundary, lots, easements, ROW, annotation — not one flat spaghetti layer.

Closure report

Course-by-course misclosure per parcel, so you know the record was held — and where the record itself doesn't close.

COGO point file

PNEZD CSV of corners and control, ready for Civil 3D, Carlson, or MicroSurvey import.

Proof PDF

Side-by-side overlay of our linework on your scan, so review takes minutes instead of a re-draft.

LAYER: V-PRICE — PILOT PRICING
First sheet$0

Every new firm. No card, no call. See the output on your own record before you spend a dollar.

Per sheet$95 / sheet

Flat intro rate, typical residential subdivision plat. Complex sheets quoted before we start.

Volume / ROWQuote

Corridors, title plants, county batches. Per-parcel pricing and API delivery on the roadmap.

LAYER: V-SCOPE — WHAT THIS IS (AND ISN'T)

This is

  • CAD drafting support for professionals
  • Record retracement drafting — we hold the record
  • Reviewed by a human before it leaves
  • Your data: private, never resold, deleted on request

This is not

  • A legal survey or boundary opinion
  • A substitute for a licensed land surveyor
  • Field work, monument recovery, or adjustment decisions
  • Final until your licensed professional reviews and seals it
LAYER: V-FAQ
What condition of scan can you handle?

Vector PDFs are the easy case. Raster scans — including older microfilm-quality sheets — go through a vision pipeline plus human check. If a sheet is genuinely unreadable, we say so instead of guessing; you don't pay for guesses.

Whose layer standard do you use?

Yours. Send a template DWG or a layer list and we match it, including text styles where practical. No standard? We ship a clean, documented default you can remap in one command.

What software does the output target?

DWG/DXF compatible with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Carlson, MicroSurvey, and BricsCAD. Point files as PNEZD CSV. LandXML on request.

How is 48 hours possible?

Most of the redraw is automated — the same pipeline is published as open-source tooling on GitHub. The human hours go where they matter: checking courses against the record and running closure, not tracing linework.

Who's behind this?

A geomatics student and former systems engineer in British Columbia who got tired of watching skilled techs trace scans by hand. Pilot program, July 2026 — pricing and turnaround are honest because they're being measured right now.
